These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Habun Restaurant website located at Habun and any services provided at our restaurant branches. By accessing this website or dining at Habun, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not continue to use this website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the UAE Consumer Protection Law and applicable commercial regulations.
Unless otherwise stated, Habun Restaurant and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including food photography, menu designs, logos, blog content, and all written material. All rights are reserved.
You may access and view content on this website for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to the restrictions below. You must not:
No use of Habun Restaurant's logo or other artwork will be permitted for linking purposes without prior written approval.
Reservations at Habun can be made by phone, via our website, or through approved third-party booking platforms. Walk-in guests are always welcome subject to table availability.
All prices on Habun menus are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Habun accepts cash, all major credit and debit cards, and digital payment methods including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Promotional offers — including set menus, iftar deals, and seasonal promotions — are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
All meat and poultry served at Habun is 100% Halal and sourced from approved Halal-certified suppliers. Habun does not serve alcohol on its premises.
If you have any food allergy, intolerance, or dietary requirement — including nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, shellfish, or sesame — please inform your server before placing your order. Habun takes all reasonable care to accommodate dietary needs; however, our kitchen handles a range of ingredients and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Habun accepts no liability for allergic reactions where the guest has not disclosed their allergy requirements to staff prior to ordering.
Habun operates a smart-casual dress code in keeping with UAE cultural norms. Guests are requested to dress modestly and respectfully. Habun reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any guest whose conduct is deemed inappropriate.
Habun maintains a strict no-smoking policy throughout all indoor dining areas in compliance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2009 Regarding Tobacco Control. This includes e-cigarettes and vaping devices.
Habun accepts delivery orders through approved third-party platforms including Talabat, Careem Food, and Noon Food. Orders placed through these platforms are subject to the terms of the respective platform.
For dine-in: Habun does not offer refunds on consumed meals except where a quality issue is raised with the manager on duty at the time of dining. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
Habun uses WhatsApp as a primary communication channel for reservations, enquiries, and order updates. By contacting us via WhatsApp, you agree that your messages and contact details may be stored and used for the purposes of responding to your enquiry. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
The following organisations may link to our website without prior written approval: government agencies, search engines, news organisations, and online directory distributors. All links must not be deceptive and must not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement by Habun.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to this website and its use. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from use of this website or dining at our Sharjah branch shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Sharjah courts. Disputes relating to our Ras Al Khaimah branch shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ras Al Khaimah courts.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
